The role

We’re looking for our first Product Manager to cover both our core platform and AI feature set. Today, product execution runs through the CPO, which makes him the bottleneck. Your job is to remove that bottleneck by owning day-to-day product management work, end to end.

This is an execution role with real authority, not a support role. You will make calls, ship things, and be accountable for the roadmap moving.

What you own

• Backlog and roadmap. You maintain the roadmap, run cycle planning, and decide what ships next within the strategic direction set by the CPO.
• Discovery. You run discovery operations (customer interviews, sales and supply team input, usage data, domain research, benchmarks, etc.) and turn what you learn into decisions.
• Specs. You create feature specs that engineers can build from without a second meeting. You are the source of truth on what we're building and why.
• Prototyping. You validate ideas cheaply before they hit the backlog: mockups, prompts, throwaway prototypes.
• Shipping. You work closely with engineers to get features out, unblock decisions fast, and close the loop with users after release.

What we're looking for

• 3-7 years of product management experience, ideally in startups, B2B, marketplaces, or logistics/supply-chain software.
